EAC not detecting cd in drive?!

So this guy on kerrazy torrents wanted to fill my album request, He didnt know how to work EAC so I walkin him through and all, but he says that EAC isnt detecting the cd in the drive, hes done that neroASPI .dll thing. Any ideas?... :cry:
