Use styleXP to apply the themes.

You can also use Tune Up Utilities and some sort of WindowBlinds or something program.

I meant Stardock LogonStudio, Stardock also makes windowblinds, I apologize. And I just checked tune up utilities does. Tune Up Utilities has "Tune Up Styler" or "Win Styler" built in, and it allows you to install new "Welcome" Screens.

These logon screens from ThemeXP should be in ".exe" format after downloaded and unzipped. Merely point TuneUp Utilities or StyleXP to the folder they are contained in. For instance with StyleXP:

click the "logons" button>choose "search paths"

This will locate your downloaded logon file and make it selectable from within the list. Afterwards, merely click on your logon and "apply".

Logon Studio from StarDock is also decent. However, if I am not mistaken, it utilizes it's own file format to apply.
