So if you visit any American department store (I thankfully havent, I live in a well) this year, youre bound to hear Christmas music. Unless the people pulled their heads out of their asses and realzed it's stupid to listen to sappy music you wouldnt listen to during the rest of the year. But I doubt that.

So like, is there any Christmas music that has some originality to it and just just lousy rehashes of the stuff that came before it but actually made by people who have a better motive to make it rather than boosting their career?

So I was at my forum for people that abuse cough syrup (PM me if you want the name, Not for British School Kids so if you are then stay away) and found a video of a person on the equivlent of around 16 ounces of Robitussin Maximum Strength Cough and he (and his equally stoned friend) made a christmas video. You may download it from this page. (http://www.angelfire.com/creep/i-say-death/) The video is called dumber.wmv

beard that's white? special nite?? must be santa santa claus!!!

Then there is No Presents for Christmas by King Diamond. I'm not sure if that counts as Christmas music but it's what I consider it to be.

Last theres Trans Siberian Orchestra (http://www.trans-siberian.com) which may very well be the greatest Christmas themed symphonic metal band in the world. Sure, they may be the only ones too but don't get picky.

I usually don't listen to any Christmas music this time of year. It's all too sappy and boring. Instead I listen to music that sounds Christmas-y, e.g; Elvis Costello's Smile and John Cale's Andalucia.
