Well, I'm gettin a brand spankin new Geforce 7800GT, Gigabyte Mobo with PCI-Express, and AMD 64 CPU for christmas. This upgrade will be sooooooooooooo much faster than my current hardware which consists of an ATI Radeon 9500 PRO, Asus A7N8X-E, and AMD Barton 2500.

I've already got these ready to go when things are set up and windows is repaired to get the hardware recognized:

Age of Empires 3
Doom 3
Half-Life 2 (I didn't want to touch this untill my system could run it fast)
GTA San Andreas (Everything Max+Draw Distance Mod that raises it beyond the game's limit)
The Sims 2

Which other games do you recommend me try? I enjoy first person shooters, simulation, and rpgs.

I'm thinking about getting Far Cry, The Movies, and Fable: The Lost Chapters so far.
Does anyone know if F.E.A.R is any good?

F.E.A.R appears to be one of the most resource hungry games as of today. That sucker can only run around 40fps with max settings on my new card that's comin. Still better than what I normally get on games now hehe.
