Of course I'm not sure if you guys have jobs that require extra work during the Christmas season, but I sure do. I work at UPS and I'm dead tired already. I've been putting in 12-16 hour days the past week and a half and it's only getting worse. I guess I'm used to it by now as the is my seventh "peak" season there. I worked from 8:30 AM today until 8:15 PM tonight. I have to be back there again tonight at 11:30 and work until 9 AM tomorrow. I work so much and so hard that I can't even enjoy the holidays anymore. :(

The new year can't get here quick enough.

ps- I'm off to take a nap.

for now, In openig the video store at 11am,
then I do the daily shores, you know, some cleaning here and there,
getting everything ready and stuff,
then like at mid day, I go to the store for a Coke, or if a had no breakfast,
I get a lunch from next door, then whatch a movie or a previuslly dld, TV show,
I don't have many clients at this hours, so it can even get borring if Im not carefull.
Then at 4pm i am free to go.

I'm on the dole. My work shuts down after Thanksgiving weekend, which was the 10th of October.

Except my work buggered it all up, and so I've been without any sort of income for two months. <_<

My workload increases at this time of year as well. Two essays to finish off. :(

I'm not a driver, I'm a supervisor. :snooty:

Just got home - 9:15am. I was tired for awhile but I'm quite awake now for some reason. Odd considering I've been awake now for 26 hours and been at work for about 20 of that.

I constantly remind myself that it is good to be King.

I had lots of time to do this last fall when I worked 96-hour weeks for 2 1/2 months.

You have my sympathy, Skiz.

Hope you get to the other side unscathed.
