I had a new cast put on. It is very tight, it hurts like a fucking elephant jumping on my foot. I can't walk at all on it at the moment. Two of my major contracts, which I have invested many, many hours in have been given away and I'm in a major sulk because no-one will help me into the porch for a smoke.

What you need is a very very long pipe, like what you sometimes get with tumble dryers, to blow your smoke into and channel it out through the window. :cool:
