true but there is a limit to "carefulness" which is inhumane
there must be a risk or else it is claustophobically trained
ofcourse the the things that run the world use the "careful" method

I used to think it was possible, but now I am not so sure... this is borne out of experience.

It is possible for it to be one sided though whereby one person has the hots for the other but knows they have no chance of a relationship and so would rather be a friend than have no contact. sorta thing.
