Corsair Vs Kingston Ram

What is the differences between these 2 brands, cuz Corsair is about 20 bucks more expensive then Kingston, is it cuz it is better or what.

corsair is generally better for people who want to overclock their system. it performs better than most other ram in this category. i personally have corsair ram and have had no problems with it whatsoever. i'm currently running it at 166MHz DDR at 2-2-2-5 stable timings.
corsair is worth the extra money imo

amphoteric88 is right , but if you're not a power user of your computer , nor do any oc ...

then quite a sum of money can be saved with some lower-end rams like NCP
i'm using NCP 512mb and it's working sweet. could be just me tho ...
it's price is like 60% of that of kingston's

corsair&#33; <-- some of corsairs has heatsink.... and they are more reliable and they last a ton longer then kingston... if u dont care just get kingston... i choose simpletech over corsair... since i didnt wanna pay the extra money... doesnt matter ram mostly has lifetime warranty :P

corsair is for the ocing (overclocking community) for the most part, or people with loads of cash, lol.

its great to run at high rates then its spec&#39;d at.

i have kingston, and its top notch too, just not as top notch.

when i was buying my computer earlier this year, i bought corsair. i did this because i knew of the quality of the ram, the overclockability (if i ever want to), the ability to run tight timings stably and also because my ram is xms3500, it&#39;ll be able to run at over 400MHz so that when the new 400MHz fsb athlon cpu&#39;s come out, i don&#39;t need to buy another lot of ram
corsair is expensive, i agree, but if you want quality, you pay for it :D
