Blank Startup Item In Windows Xp!?

What is this? Spyware, Virus? Maybe I'll just cancel it...heh sorta easy. I ran a norton scan and it didnt find n e thing. Also did a adaware6 pro scan...(i updated it today) found nothing..
I have the latest version of Norton Antivirus (it auto updates, but i doubled checked and it has the latest virus defs)

All the location text says after it is:
HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

i actually have 4 of those blank items on my start up...i have just disabled all of them.....i have used all the above apps u mentioned inclding trojan remover....and they do not detect any viruses or adware....there is no indication of it in the registry....so i don't know what to do......i also tried using registry cleaners....and they are still there......

if it doesnt tell you what it is and cant be found, i would disable it.
