I've tried

Style XP
Pros: Alot of neat features
Cons: Didn't startup correctly sometimes

Aston
Pros: Neat
Cons: You wanna go back to the old XP toolbar after awhile.

WindowsBlinds
Pros: Good Features
Cons: Implants itself within your System Display Configuration. Sonic Says,"That's 'No Good'."

What are some others you guys use?
I'm looking for a good one that rotates Wallpapers, plus all the features in Style XP pretty much.

With Yahoo's acquisition of Konfabulator, it can now be downloaded freely and legally. Give the widgets a try, it's fun and can be useful.

http://widgets.yahoo.com :D

"TuneUpUtilities" allows for XP to run unsigned .msstyle files. RocketDivision's "StarSkin" performs a sort of emulation service which does the same. Both are good if you prefer to stay away from StarDock.

I use StyleXP
I like the idea of customising bootscreen, logon, desktop theme, desktop icons & IE toolbar icons... all from one program that is easy to understand and use.
The only downside (if indeed it is one) of StyleXP is the ThemeXP website - it's pish.

TGT Soft has not owned ThemeXP for over a year now. They had sold it to FileSubmit.Com some time ago.

TGT nolonger runs the site or dictates policy on any of it's practices.

Maybe not, but the program still links there and the site is still pish. :)

yeah, it is pretty sleek. They really should've created a few more themes.

I use StyleXP with the Opus_3, Opus_OSX visual styles. The Opus visual styles are at deviantart. Objectdock to make the desktop look fancy, and rainlendar.
