Nero Vision Express

I'm running Nero Vision Express 1.0.4.1 trying to make DVDz from downloaded AVI's. I go all the way thru editing and checking then get 'Cannot initialize neroAPI - unspecified error' Pleeeeeeze help. maybe i need a better serial.:w00t:

Make certain that you have a serial number for the DVD plugin installed properly within Nero's product center.
