iPod Video troubles...

So i got a ipod video for christmas but i noticed there was kind of a rainbow effect on the screen, its not that noticable but tilted in the light you can see it. I was wondering what should i do? take it back even though ive already opened everything and uploaded my stuff?

its normal, i get the same thing with my nano when its off

the rainbow effect only appears at the bottom of screen.. in the shape of well a rainbow

there has apparently been trouble with the nanos/video ipods, i reckon if it bothered you a lot you would get your money back or even a replacement/store cred :)

I got one too and it ran out of power after I left it on for an hour, well, my bad I guess I should have switched it off. It's re-charging and has been for like 3 hours and when I try to switch it on or see how much it's charged nothing appears on screen... :unsure:
