Hi there know literally nothing about harware and want to update me system, basically i want to know if the below pc kit will fit in the tower? Anyone help please

I assume you mean you've got that tower and want to know if the upgrade kits will fit. The answer is yes, and so will the AMD upgrade kits (http://www.komplett.co.uk/k/kl.asp?bn=10300) which seem better value.

Presumably you currently have an AGP graphics card rather than PCI-E, so that needs to be a factor in to your upgrade path.
