Is it allowed to have a foreign language forum, say for example, Dutch.... I believe that there could be restrictions with posting in any other language except English.
I want to post some Dutch jokes that are really not funny in English :) and I suspect a large Dutch community here. :)

The rule I was refering to was not a FST rule but an Invision rule. One needed to ask permission from Invision if a foreign language was to be used...
