if you have nero open nero express and choose video cd. Then you can choose that file and burn it. It's very easy.

You can use nero to burn it ( just use the ist option in the list) but be aware you will only be able to play it on your pc or a divx player and not a standard standalone dvd player. You can alternatively burn a vcd and try playing it that way on your dvd player.

I too recommend nero. I use startsmart and use the 'create a dvd movie' option or something.

the time is only for music cd's, when burning a movie or other files it will check the filesize.

John, how big is the file and what do you want to watch it on?

@backlash, I didn't think it was possible to make a vcd with a avi file?

Yeah. I've been watching that stupidity since you came back to the forum a little while back. I must say that you do have a lot of silly questions and you seem to like to make it hard for people to help you. To me it seems like some form of trolling. A lot of your questions were answered when you were here quite a while ago, why do we have to answer them all over again?

It would be better if you would at least show that you want to try to help others too.

About this thread... Get a DVD burner.

Check out the sound settings on your dvd player and change them to the correct one for this disc.

:frusty: :frusty: :frusty: It's your DVD player. Aren't you familiar with it?

You expect us to help without a make or model? Get real.

You were even given a perfect chance to post the needed info.

You still haven't mentioned a model.

It must be "a dvd player".

What kind of audio does your camcorder capture?? TMPEG won't encode Mp3 audio for example. I believe TMPEG will only encode audio from mp2 and wav. 44,100 is the standard for SVCD/VCD audio but most DVD players can handle 48000. Of the dozen or so players I've used only one had trouble playing 48000 SVCD,Koss 305.Quote from: http://www.videohelp.com/forum/archive/t266370.html
