How do I use a Nintendo DS game download?

I already got a Nintendo DS emulator. Where and how am I gonna get the roms of Nintendo DS? More importantly, how am I gonna get roms here on FileSharing Talk?

Theres this flashcarts where u can put Nintendo DS games u DL in them and u run them as a GBA game and it goes a NDS i think. I forgot the site but thats the main idea i think u go about it.
