awwww.....come on
they don't have to be a total boob do they? :P

actually I don't think $500-600 is that bad of an asking price
it's a nice system
only drawbacks I can see is:
6200TC....a gamer probably wouldn't want it
no burner....well, that can be remedied cheaper than the vid card

itemize your purchases that you put into it,
get a total and come up with a fair markdown (due to it being used)
and ask around that amount, just be prepared to do some dickering

this is what I come up with, mostly newegg + google:
(I've left out the floppy & rom, don't they give those away now? :unsure: ) :P

vid card = ~$50? (newegg doesn't list that card, but the TCs seem to be around 50-60 bucks)
mobo = ~$130
PSU = ~$100
CPU = ~$150
RAM = ~$170
HDD = ~$100
case = ~$45

total = $745 USD
it is used, but hopefully not abused
I'd mark it down to about $650 and see how it goes
maybe you get what you ask, maybe you squeeze $550-600 out of it

or u know not ebay lol, find somb n00b in ur city, or thru ur friends, or w/e, sell it to him/her for same price or maybe 50-100 dollars less than what u guys built it for. that way, no shipping and handling, and if ur a nice guy, u can help whoever u sold it to to set it up properly and help if it ever breaks or w/e. i never sell my comp. parts online, imo, its much better to either:

a) sell it to someone u know, such as a friend, family, etc. they won't complain, they're gettin a discount lol
b) sell it to someone in ur vicinity

im selling 2 512 sticks to my friend in february for 100 bucks, not bad considering they're low latency sticks, PC3200. original price = 180ish. can't wait to get my new computer :D:D:D

Right. Like selling too expensive to a 12 year old neighbor.
