I have downloaded this film via KL - despite fact that I have also downloaded every codec I can find - I still have no sound.

Can anyone help please !!

Well have you tried K-Lite Codec Page ? (http://doa2.host.sk/)

Gspot can give you a good idea what Codecs you need to play a certain file, you can find it on the Download page.
