What does one need to make good video caps

Hi Guys

I wish to make to caps of music videos etc.

What is the best way to do it ?

Does one need a good quality graphics card ? or is it possible to make good caps using a PC that has on motherboard graphics (as I have)

Im asuming you want to make still caps (like pictures) of a video;
if the video you are talking about is in you computer, then you can do it.
I use an option that comes with PowerDVD Player, it takes still pics of the
video or movie you are playing, and saves them to your hard drive.
