I have read about this in the local paper, the bloke would have got away with it for who knows how much longer - but he tried to rip off an old lady (:ermm:). This is my favourite bit:

I'm thinking, Poly at 18, degree at 22, bit of apprenticeship, own business at 24.
So, 3 or 4 years would be my guess.
