A question on Win 98 desktop icon appearance

Hi guys

I have a friends computer who is on Windows 98.

All of his desk top icons and file icons appear on the screen as underlined.

I have tired to get them back to normal without fail.

Does anyone know who to do this ?

right click on the desktop
select properties > web tab > folder options > yes
web style is selected, change it
