Nope, its quite disgusting, I could feel my teeth complaining about the sugar levels and it makes it a bit gritty. I prefer mine straight, just bran flakes and raisins...nowt else cept milk.

It's important to know that drinking fluids and pishing all the time, but always being thirsty is an indicator for diabetes.

can't remeber the name of it
but it looked like a wheat on the outside but with pink fruity filling on the inside
pluse I think they stopped makin it after 2000
