Woke up this morning , started a torrent only 1 seeder. I checked back 10 mins later and noticed that my upload speed was climbing higher than it has ever been. After another 5 mins it was up to 230kb. It has Never been higher than 70 before. After reading the Cox forums on dslreports.com I found out about area wide upgrades. All free, now it is 5mb/2mb. My ratios are improving fast now:)
