Anyone here that has IE7 beta on their comp and can tell me if it supports .png transparancy?
You know, one of those things any decent browser shouldn't have problems with.

I have ie7, but Im not sure what png transparency is really...yes, Im an idiot when it comes to graphics and things like that. do you have an example of something I could look at or something :)

This is a png file with a transparant bazckground.
In Firefox you'll only see the globe with the background color of the forum.
In IE6 you'll notice that it has a blue-ish background color, ruining the whole picture.

So if you could check that would be great.

edit:
or better check it on this link cause i just noticed it does show up fine in IE6 here on the board.

Yeah I noticed that too. Very strange board behavior. I've seen the same thing happen quite a few times now...

Maybe something can be done to fix that? rossco?

It only lasts for a short while. Let me explain...

I posted post #11 but it didn't show right away. It did say that I was the last person to post in the thread but the post didn't show.

You posted next... Again, it showed that you were the last to post but I couldn't see the post.

When Filliz posted #13 the posts #11,12 and 13 appeared and the thread went back to normal.

As I said, I've see this quite a lot on this board before.

Nah it was pretty messed up.
Not only did the posts not show, next to the thread it said there were 8 posts made when in fact there were already 10.

I never relized that IE6 never had this. Now i see what shit it really is.

I was just at this website in IE and it said

You appear to be using Internet Explorer (IE). This application will not work with IE, you need to use a modern browser like Firefox, Opera or Safari. You will not see any transparent PNGs using IE.
