soulseek and incomplete files

hi mates.
i cannot find my incomplete files from soulseek after restarting my pc.
why;
can anyone help me;

even if i delete my incomplete files and with a simple copy paste.
i cannot download the again.
i cannot see the files in the transfer window

erm...maybe they completed...check your download folder

the files need to match exactly to even the tag for you to download them again from different users. try downloading them from the same guy you started getting them from first, also make sure you have the same download directory selected.
