Nero 7 Dvd-video

I'm useing Nero 7 ultra to burn my dvd-videos.
Can anyone tell me, if you have a video file that is formated in
Wide Screen. Can you convert that video with nero software to a
format of Full Screen to be burned on a dvd?

No you cannot.
Full screen is a special form of editing done by the moviemakers so that the movie is shot on the proper parts of the wide screen. Only the film maker can reedit their widescreen film to full screen.
