If I've got a pocket pair of kings and the flop is a possible flush, should I go all-in against the big blind, or just call.

Depends if you’re first to act. If you are then you should move all in represent the flush incase your opponent is on a drawing hand. You don’t want to give someone the opportunity to make a hand that can beat yours, so you should get your money in with the best hand.
