animated gifs?

anyone know a program that can make animated gifs for FREE? I've used a bunch but they've all been stupid free trials or have some other annoyance. Thanks

By far, the best one I have used, and the one that I currently use, is Ulead GIF Animator. You have to pay for it, but since you're on FST, I assume you have other ways of getting it. ;)
