Join Music Clips

Hello,

I've got TMPGEnc for joining vid clips, and that's a great programme, but does anyone know, is there any similar pogramme for joing music clips, like joining several tracks of a larger work of music, to making it whole again?

I suppose albumwrap would probably be the easiest to get and use
