Networking Issue!

I have to pc's running XP and we share a 1mb line via internet connection sharing. Is there any software I can get which will allow me to let the other computer only recieve say like 60kbs? Cos when the other computer is downloading it uses up all the bandwidth and playing CS is awful.

Hopefully theres some software out there that can do this!

u mean to limit the bandwidth? try google...

not tryied it myself but noticed it in another post, it limits bandwidth for progs and stuff.
you would need to put it on your other comp though.
