Best Program For Editing Id3 Tags?

i dont have XP and i dont want to use WinAmp. what iwas trtying to say was is there programs made ONLY for mp3 tags.

there is a very nice program called "Tag&Rename" that does exactly what the name suggestes, and more!

I found a great program made only for editing tags thanks to Luca_Snipes. For anyone looking for a good way to tag your mp3 files check out Tag&Rename. forget the site but Luca posted it above.
