New IP address

If I get a new ip address, i have to report the new ip to my private trackers, right?
Im just curious because im changing isp's and thus getting a new ip address and i dont know how my tracker will recognize me w/ a different ip.
excuse me if this is a silly question.

well look, your privite trackers will notice a change in your isp and ip automatically, so chill. ;)
