I downloaded XP Pro months ago with a valid key. Went to install SP1, had to reinstall a different key to get SP1 to work...which it did.
A few days ago I reformatted my HD and reinstalled XP Pro (with the second key). Installed video drivers, firewall/antivirus, and defrag software. I then installed SP1 (I burnt it to cd), after that when I try to surf I get a "you are not connected, work offline/connect", I choose connect..."you do not have an internet connection, work offline/try again"...no joy. Tried uninstalling, but still could not connect.
Is my "previous" SP1 D/L (it is an .exe app) no good?
I've read post about invalid keys and such. Do I have to get/find an other "valid" key?
If so what are some of ther better keygens? (I'm looking for a "complete" package. The one I had for my 2nd key had a little proggy for changing keys).
