What are some of your favorite Latin Jazz Artists out there?

Deodato (I REALLY like this artist's music, but I can't find much)
Tito Puente
Mongo Santamaria
Cachao
I recently heard "Mambo Gallego (D-Code Remix)" (Adult Swim has used it for their show line-up a few times too) and it's AWESOME. Does anyone know who or what D-Code Is? Where can I find more songs like the "Mambo Gallego (D-Code Remix), because this sucker is AWESOME. It's almost like Lounge music in a way, but with some spice too.
