error i get when i try to run the xp boot disk

errors i got before i formated my computer again but this was after setting up the first part of the windows install

what do these error look like it relates to hd or mobo?

i think it has to do w/ ram

i ran memtest and this is what i got

Try removing the RAM, clean the contacts and insert only one back in.

Run the test again and if it fails then switch the modules to try the other stick of RAM.

If each stick passes individually then try reversing their positions.
