i live in belgium and here all the isp's have download and upload limitations :cry:
for example my isp i can download 30gb and upload 5gb so i can never have a good ratio on a torrent site or upload files if i still want to be able to play games and surf the net @ a decent speed
so if yall would be so friendly and sign a website we made to show the isp's that these limits are not normal
