I'm trying to split some videos so i can share them, but i notice some videos the program wont let split them, i mean the video splits, but only in small size, say 5kb lol.

I use this:

http://www.doeasier.org/splitter/

Nothing is wrong with the program, because as i mention its only a few. So i was wrong is there some sort of protection on videos that i'm not knowing about?

And is there another program that i can use to split them with ease?

Don't split the video, pack the whole thing with winrar and use its splitting function. Right click the file select the save as archive (with the three books icon) and at the bottom enter the size for splitting (50000000 is about 48mb and 100000000 is about 95mb) the numbers are large because it asks for bytes not kilo or mega bytes. On the advanced tab you can put in a password and when your done its a good idea to test by recombing to make sure it works before you go to the trouble of uploading.

Some videos (on dvds) have copy protections so you cant rip them.. (im assumming thats your problem).. If so, get a program that can decrypt them like anyDVD (http://www.slysoft.com) :)

Or you can try a different video splitting program like: Virtualdub (http://Virtualdub.sf.net) (Does more than splits vids)
