ok I downloaded a .dat of ip ranges that I want to block.
how do I get it into sygate.
need urgent help cause I cant d/l till I do it.
I'm being watched :unsure:

just get ZoneAlarm Pro ;)

right click on the system tray icon and select advanced rules. There right click in the white area and click on import, now just select the dat file. :)
