i downloaded something
but it was a fake
gave me an error
but installed secretly anywya
now it tries to connect to the net
my virus scanner dont see it as a trojan
and it says its in foldewr
c:\windows/system32
or something like that
but its not there
and i need to get rid of it
how?

i bet your virus scanner has quarentined it ;)

If not try finding hidden and sytem files as well.

it connects from windows:system32:libupdate.exe
but its not in folder

Did you use Spybot S&D and AAW6 on it?

it found the trojan
but wont delete cos i need a serial
can someone pm it to me
or post it here
or anything
or tell em where to get it
im surprised my av didnt find it neither did adware or spybot search and destroy

did u update your virus scanner.. check for an AUTO update option.. they send out new virus definition updates every 2 weeks.
