I'm of the opinion that if a word starting a sentence is apostrophicised to denote a missing letter or letters at the start of the word, then the first letter after the apostrophe should not be capitalised.

This is a personal thing and I've no idea of the official position.

It does make sence. Likewise I am unaware of the official position, however I'll take your six on this one.
