Everytime i dl something the audio and vidoe are never interleaved what do i do

On everything u d/l and the movies u all ready have?

R u running alot of apps while tring to watch a movie?
Can u give a little more info e.g comp spec's file format's and properties? :) :)

i tried to watch the robotech episode 15 for example and it started out slow then i tried to change the codec by using the Nics Mini Avic Four CC Changer from the codec pac i downloaded but i screwed that up also b/c now it does not play at all
