The two files quoted are in the user's temporary folder.
Clean the temp folder out completely (Google for CCleaner) and see what happens.

Hi Neotheone,
"Generic Host Process for win32 services has encountered an error"
is a common error often related to drivers for printers, scanners and other type devices.
follow Chewie's advice....
if corrected Great!

....but if problem persists...
then you have to answer a few more questions so we can help.

When does the error message pop up?(all the time or 2 or 3x a day)
when did it start?
could you give us some details on affected pc?
is that system running 24 hrs a day?
have you gone thru all malware procedures?
checked for spyware,adware,virius/worm check?
have you added a new device, and upgraded and downloaded
latest drivers? is sp2 installed?set up for automatic updates from ms?

just ask your friend, can she remember what was being done or
accessed when this error message first came on.
