A quick look over you items and it looks like everthing will work together.

I would choose a different CPU cooler and fan that one looks nice but is quite inefficient.
There are better choises. Even the stock one with "CPU Retail box" is fine.

also just for your information: PC2100 is not 400mhz it's 266mhz. PC3200 is 400mhz.

i know pc3200 is 400mhz i messed up lol anyways I will be overclocking alot, and alot of ppl said Volcano 9 is one of the best coolers.

Don't listen to them. Look for a cooler that uses microfin technology. (many very thin fins with very little space between them.)

i was looking at your prices and it was quite expensive compared to

www.newegg.com

you should get your parts there if your a US resident...

if you get 400mhz ram, you'll never have to oc the ram when using a current athlon. all current athlons have an fsb of 333MHz or less, so if you run the ram at 400mhz, you can just leave it alone.
i don't know what kind of timings you'll have to use though, probably 2-3-3-7, which is still good
