I want to make a copy of a cd which is like a porfolio manager and I want to make a copy but I only have one drive so how do it? I have a dvd burner btw.

What burning software do you have?
You need to make a disc image, and then burn that image to a blank disc.

I have Nero, Alchol 120, and Clone CD. Do any of those work or do I need soemthing else?

Surely you have seen the option in nero to "copy cd" and in alcohol 120 the option that says "copy wizard" right? All that you listed will make a 1 to 1 disc copy.

The whole purpose for alcohol120 and clonecd is for creating and burning images. :ermm:
