It's a long story, but as I remember I tried to change the e-mail address and made a bit of an ar5e of it.

Then I forgot the password (coz I had auto log-in and didn't have passwords written down), so when the cookie was deleted I couldn't log in. Then when I asked the board to send me the password I didn't have the e-mail address it was being sent to. See earlier re "bit of an ar5e".

So I thought the simplest solution was to set up a new, similar account, using my original name here.

I asked someone if they could merge that account (J'Pol) into this one, but it seems you can't.
