:unsure: What happened to both--ACiD LOUNGE & MERC-TECH? The last thing I knew was that these two private torrent trackers were gradually growing with optimisic potential .....All of the sudden :stars: ,they are no longer online. It's been weeks now. :angry: Does anyone have any news?

Yeah Acid Lounge works for me ok too, but merc tech i was send an invite email to join and when i went to signup the site was down

Pretty sure that merc-tech won't be back.

If you know the history then you'll know that this was more of a money making exercise than a genuine BT community.

yeah.. it was created by a former staff member of torrentleech who stole a lot of emails and then sent invites to people...

I figured out why I thought AL was down.......It was b/c my account was currently parked and, during that span, the site changed its domain address from .net to .org.

Still, it was rapidly becoming one of the better torrent communities......
Hopefully, we can get more details ....Or, rather getting the answer if it is closed for good or temporarily down.

Just remembered something.. I don't know if this has got anything to do with Mercury, but a while after he left TorrentLeech, a lot of users got an email saying that RIAA had found out about torrentleech and that you should delete your account there.. :P
