Saving .art files

There are a lot of .art files types I find online. I have tried to "save picture as" and tried to change them to .bmp files but even when I do that Windows still says it cannot open that file type. Is there any other way or another program that can capture them properly?:frusty:

I use Firefox and never have such a problem.
