Yea, on IRC.

Go here and download Excursion IRC client (http://excursion.cjb.net/)

Go here and do a search for windows 2000, then click the link and it'll popup in Excursion irc in the correct server (http://www.packetnews.com)

You need to learn how to use irc commands to get the file...reffer to the help guide
