Album art?

When using Nero to navigate to a cd folder I wanted to burn, I noticed in 'My Shared Folder' there were seemingly thousands of files of album art in there. Why can't I see them with Windows when I open that folder? :huh:

Tools -> Folder Options -> View -> Uncheck 'Hide Protected Operating System Files' and choose 'show hidden files and folders' if you don't already have that set.
