I got a PM off a no0b this morning asking for help with winrar. He had just joined and then PM'd me to ask for help. So i pointed him to the software section and he seemed happy about it.

I've had plenty of random PMs. I always try to point out that to ask the question in the public forum instead of PM can help others who might have similar problems.
